After the exhaust air in the process of anode coating passes through the heat exchanger, and then after the cooling water at room temperature and the chilled water at low temperature are condensed at the second level, more than 90%~95% of the winds with NMP content<280PPM pass heat exchanger and warmed up and then return to the coating machine, And the remaining 5%~10% or so of the exhaust winds are discharged at high altitude after being treated by the rotor absorbing and the concentration of NMP is reduced below the permissible environmental protection emission concentration. The recovered NMP flows into the waste liquid storage tank, The equipment is fully automated. Not only can maintain high-efficiently NMP and heat recovery, but meeting the safe and efficient operation ofthe coating machine and national andlocalenvironmentalrequirements.

Rotor adsorption theory
VOCs is the acronym of Volatile Organic CompoundS (VOLATILEORGANIC COMPOUNDS), following s02Freon, the pollution of VOCs has become another focus of attention for countries around the world.With the continuous development of new energy lithium industry, lithium battery production process contains a high concentration of exhaust gas,which needs to be purified to meet the emission standards. For example, china's VOCs emission standard is 12.5PPM (50mg/m'), if the exhaust gas isprocessed by the NMP rotor recycling equipment, the treated exhaust gas can meet the domestic and international emission standards (specific reference to the battery industry pollutant emissionstandards GB-304842013).
The rotor is divided into three zones, namely, treatment area, regeneration area, preheating area. NMP gas adsorption through the treatment area, After that the NMP concentration from 280PPM down to5PPM and then directly discharged to the atmosphere. At the same time there is a small amount of wind to provide for the regeneration of the rotor to use, the treatment area after adsorption to there generation area, the adsorption of NMP gas inside the rotor through the principle of heating and drying out ofthe concentration, and then after condensation into a liquid discharged to the storage tankAfter the regeneration of the rotor is completed, it is transferred to the preheating area to recover there sidual heat after regeneration. The air in the preheating zone is taken from the air after the treatment,which can improve the processing efficiency of the runner due to the low content of NMP gas after treatment, After the preheating zone, the rotor is transferred to the treatment zone, forming a cycle. Asthe VOCs rotor continues to circulate, the NMP gas is continuously treated and discharged. The VOCs content can be as low as 1PPM (depending on the regeneration temperature and airflow) after treatmentwith a single rotor.
